at the ballet...

i have been to the opera before in new york, but never a ballet so i was really excited when i found out we would be seeing one at the palais garnier opera house in paris. the ballet we saw was called napoli and was performed by the royal danish ballet. i loved it. the costumes weren’t overly theatrical, but really any time you mix dancing with petticoats i fall in love. i wish i could have taken pictures during the show but it wasn’t allowed. the opera house itself though was equally beautiful…
