wine & cheese

after class monday morning (yes, morning) we went into the basement of the school for a wine and cheese tasting. we started with a champagne toast followed by a chardonnay (white), a rosé, three red, and then another white wine. the rosé and last white wine were my favorite since they were sweet. there was also about a dozen cheeses to try with some bread. i really liked the brie and the camembert. it was a great mid day treat, but afterwards we all crashed for a nap before we needed to get ready for the ballet…
