pasta e fagioli

so for our second dinner in paris, the group decided we were all craving some italian. yes, that's right. but in our defense this restaurant's pizza was recommended to us by our director so we wanted to try it. i ordered the quatre formaggi (four cheese). to be honest, i wasn't thrilled. the cheese was french (obviously) and it just didn't work. the crust was also too thin to hold up to the cheese. however, i did have a few bites of my friend's gnocchi, which was amazing, so in the future i will definitely go back for some pasta...
