centre pompidou
on our first full day we took a trip to the pompidou museum (aka beaubourg) to see an edward munch exhibit. you probably know this painting of his. it was a cool exhibit, but i think the best part of it was the escalator ride up where we got our first real glimpse of the eiffel tour and sacre coeur as well as an amazing view of the city.
