so cold. so very, very cold. however, waiting around for better weather conditions in the winter is just not an option. we walked up the first two levels and then took the elevator the rest of the way up. the stairs were a challenge, but i really think it was the cold that did me in. it made it so much harder to breathe. while the panoramic view from the top was quite literally breathtaking, a part of me was anxious so go back down and find warmth in a café.
