as a part of our program, we are lucky to have the opportunity to attend a few shows during fashion week. the two menswear shows i saw were julius and rynshu. i can't say i was a fan of the first with its monochromatic modern aesthetic, but i sure did appreciate the gold sequin emphasis of the second. while we weren't seated in the front row or anything, it didn't really matter. just being at fashion show is such a thrill.
